Tell us when you would like to host your party and the venue
We will respond and advise you if we are available for your chosen date

You then need to secure your booking as soon as possible as we do book up very quickly in busy seasons.

Because we know how difficult it can be to arrange group events we do not currently take any deposit. We rely on you to advise us if anything changes. We do have a small cancellation policy that kicks in around 2 weeks before your party date - this is simply because most of the work will have been done to create your unique booking.

You will receive a Confirmation Email which explains in full the Treatment Booking options

We ask that all of your guests register their treatments with us at least 3-4 weeks prior to your party
This means that we can secure the correct Therapists and start to build your unique party

At least 2 weeks prior to your party we will provide you (the organiser/hostess) with your schedule of treatments & time slots.
This will also detail start and end times for your party and number of therapists etc.
Included will be instructions of the small amount of preparation you may need to do beforehand
(such as allocating a room for massage etc)

*payment will be taken on the day in cash*
We ask you (hostess) to collect this money on our behalf on the day - or before
(whichever is easier)
If you need to make any small changes to your list please let us know and we will amend & advise
